Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your vault remains readable for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, ciphertext is deleted from our servers. Any local exports you made are unaffected.
Do you store my encryption key?
No. Your key is derived from your password and never leaves your browser. We hold only encrypted ciphertext. If you lose your password, we cannot recover your data. That is the point.
What is the 14-day trial?
Full Pro access for 14 days. Your card is charged at the end of the trial if you do not cancel.
